Can I cancel or modify my order ? 

  • Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
  • To cancel or modify your order, kindly send us your request along with the order number and details through zanzi.shopp@gmail.com or DM us on our official  instagram page zanzi.__
  • Requests are subject to approval depending on the order status.

 

What forms of payments to you accept?

  • We offer cash on delivery and online payments.

 

When can I expect delivery of my order ? 

  • Our orders are shipped within 2-4 days once you place your order.
  • ⁠If your order is expected to take longer we will contact you immediately.
  • ⁠If you need to receive your order earlier than the standard delivery time, kindly contact us via our email zanzi.shopp@gmail.com or DM us on @zanzi.__ and we will do our best to make it happen.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

Can I exchange or return my order?

At Zanzi, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our pieces and want every purchase to be a positive experience.

All orders are carefully inspected before leaving our studio. Please note we do not accept returns once courier has left. However, exchanges are available within 48 hours from receiving your order.

To be eligible for exchange:

  • The requested size must be available.
  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and un-ironed.
  • ⁠Must include will all original tags and packaging.

Important reminders:

* We recommend trying on your order while the courier is present.
* Refunds cannot be guaranteed once the courier has left with payment.
* Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
